As a professional landscaper, I know exactly how much pressure comes with a high-stakes project deadline, and Zach Kelly is quite literally a legend for how he handled a recent crisis. I was wrapping up a three-month commercial project for a wonderful family on Lake Martin. We were down to the wire—the homeowners were arriving that evening to view the final completed landscape. All that remained was the final electrical hookup for the new string lights and area lighting we’d installed. After being stood up by two different electricians that same day (one was a complete no-call/no-show, and the other promised to be there in an hour only to vanish), I was in a massive bind. I reached out to Zach through a Facebook recommendation, and despite it being 3:00 PM on a Friday, he was on-site within 30 minutes. Zach completely bailed us out. He didn’t just "get the power on"—he is a true perfectionist. Everything was dialed in, wired cleanly, and executed perfectly. Because of his willingness to jump in at the last minute, the lighting was flawless when the homeowners arrived.   Excellent service. They came out and fixed my mini split, it wasn't cooling due to the freon had leaked out. He found the leak quickly and fixed it and charged the system and it works great. You could tell he knew his stuff. I will certainly call All Pro Heating , Air and Electrical when I need this type of work done in the future. I highly recommend them.

  Replaced my old gas system with an efficient electric HVAC and did it today in the cold and rain. My 2100 sq ft home got warm in minutes. Fast and friendly service.   After a call to All Pro, the Service Team arrived at my home exactly on time.  After a short discussion of the problem with my A/C  the team had the problem solved in a few minutes.  recommends I highly recommend All Pro Heating, Air & Electrical. About 18 months ago I was told by another company that my air conditioner, (that they installed),  was about to go out, and would not last through that summer; they said the capacitor was wearing out,($600- $800 to replace) that the unit had a leak (at least another $600-$800 to repair), and once the freon leaked out they probably not get any more because freon is running out and it just made more sense to have a new unit installed. I told them that I would wait  until it went out and then make that purchase. It lasted all of that summer and this summer. Fast forward to yesterday 9-18-24…..woke up to air not working. I knew if I called the other company I would be told “NEW UNIT” and I wanted another opinion. I checked online and filled out some info on Angie’s list. Received a call from All Pro within 30 minutes and was told  he could be at my house after lunch. I was hoping that it could be fixed but was expecting to  be told that it was time for a new one. He came and it took him all of 30 minutes to to diagnose the problem and REPLACE the part. I was THRILLED to say the very least. When this unit does bite the dust I WILL be calling Zach at All Pro Heating, Air & Electrical, LLC. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very affordable.   AllPro provided a highly polished product. He was able to correct poorly done work from a previous contractor and was also able to properly diagnose the issues with my particular unit. He made sure to properly troubleshoot the issue and not simply replace expensive/common items. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

We decided to go with a new unit as we knew it was close to it end before it went out. All Pro was ready to install 5 days later. We are ready for the summer.
